It's not possible to meet all your nutrition needs by taking any one pregnancy product. For example, the recommended daily intake of elemental calcium and magnesium during pregnancy is 1200mg and 300mg respectively.
Most pregnancy multi-vitamins contain only 10% or less of your calcium and magnesium needs. That's why we developed PREGCEL CALCIUM MAGNESIUM.
